We have designed this informational sheet to aid you in finding your Chauffeur upon arrival.

1. After you've arrived follow the signs in the terminal that direct you to "Baggage Claim Area" and "Ground Transportation." Prior to claiming your baggage (except for international arrivals), proceed outside to the designated limousine area (see below for location), look for your name on an At Your Service Limousines sign, and notify your Chauffeur that you have arrived.

2. Please note that Logan Airport does not permit Chauffeurs to leave the designated limousine area, nor are the Chauffeurs allowed to meet the passengers inside the terminal to assist with baggage.

3. If for any reason you cannot locate your Chauffeur, call us at 800.867.5466. You will be directed to the limousine stand. To avoid a "No Show" charge, please do not leave the limousine stand without speaking with At Your Service Limousines. Once the reservation is made, you are responsible for the payment in full, unless you meet the cancellation guidlines.

Please exit through the baggage claim area's side doors and follow to the Limousine Stand.

Please claim your bags at your airline's respective baggage claim area; then proceed upstairs to the departure level and exit out the main doors. Please note that American Airlines has two baggage areas. The limousines are parked curbside on the departure level.

Please exit through your airline's respective baggage claim area's main exit doors and walk to the third traffic island. There is a sign noting this area: "3 Limousines." The limousines are parked on both sides of the island, as well as in the diagonal spaces just beyond the island.

Please follow Terminal C directions.

Please exit the terminal building and go to the nearest crosswalk. Cross over to the second traffic island. Your Chauffeur will be standing at the entrance to the limousine parking area across the street holding a sign bearing your name.

Please note that with Logan Airport under construction, it is possible for locations to change. Please ask a Massport Agent or call if you have any questions.

Please follow the same procedures as Logan Airport. The Chauffeur will be at the Limousine and Shuttle Service Pick Up Area across the street.

We must have the name of the corporation or private carrier, location of the airport, and the tail number of the arriving plane.

Please meet your Chauffeur outside the station on Dartmouth St.

Please meet your Chauffeur outside the station on the Summer Street Side in front Stone & Webster.

We advise scheduling your pickup for 1 hour after your docking time. The Chauffeur will have a sign with your name.
